In August 2005, Brad joined the church staff as Bethel’s Small Group’s Pastor. By partnering with the church’s 100+ small group leaders, Brad strives to encourage intentional, life-changing fellowship within the Bethel Church community.

Brad first heard and believed the Gospel during his sophomore year in high school. Having discovered a new purpose in Christ, he very quickly began to feel the Lord directing him towards full time ministry. Brad is particularly excited about Bethel’s commitment to make Jesus Christ and his Word absolutely central as it works to build God’s Kingdom in Northwest Indiana.

Before the Lord brought him to Bethel, Brad lead part of the adult small group ministry at Harvest Bible Chapel in suburban Chicago. Brad earned his undergraduate degree in Social Work from Saint Louis University, and in 2001 he completed a Masters of Divinity degree at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Brad enjoys the writings of C.S. Lewis and John Piper, and he is especially interested in systematic theology, Christian ethics and apologetics.
