Celebrate Recovery Begins A
New 12 Step Series June 17th
Are you looking for help with your sexual addiction, substance abuse, financial bondage, eating disorders, depression or marital pain? Why not join Celebrate Recover as they begin their new 12 step series on June 17th in the Student Center at 6:30 PM. Many people are receiving help with their struggles and you can too. You need not sign up, just come and you will sense a loving, grace-filled staff that will meet you at the door and stay with you through the entire process. If you would like to be a part of the CRM team, staff training will offered June 6-8.
Come join us to receive Biblical perspective and help for whatever is hurting, injuring, or controlling your life. Celebrate Recovery is not another self-help program which relies on human techniques, medication, or psychology to produce changes. It is a ministry which utilizes authentic worship, biblical teaching, motivational testimony, Christian community, and individual accountability to spur people toward conformity to Jesus Christ.
Jesus said, “Come unto me all you who are weary and burdened and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28) We sincerely believe, ”If the Son will make you free, you will be free indeed.” (John 8:36) We promise a listening ear and concerned heart. We believe in mutual honesty and authenticity and will seek God’s help for whatever hurts, habits, or hang-ups you may bring.
Bethel’s Celebrate Recovery program is a large umbrella under which a number of issues can be addressed from the Word of God. We expect our initial gender specific groups for sexual addiction, substance abuse, financial bondage, and marital bondage to expand as additional needs present themselves. If you are tired of your life choices creating bondage, join us for a biblical alternative to release from the pain and despair.
Who is it for? In addition to the obvious substance abuse,
sexual addiction, financial bondage and marital dysfunction,
we will address most of life s besetting issues. Who
is it for? Only you can answer the question.
But if you
come to CRM, expect to be loved, to be convicted of
your powerlessness, and have your life changed forever.
So bring your hurt, habit or hang-up and join us every Tuesday from 6:30pm-9pm in the Student Center.
